Essentrics™ classes are held at the Academy for Spanish Dance, 401 Richmond Street West, Studio B104 (south side of Richmond, just east of Spadina):
        Wednesdays 11am-12pm
       Fridays 1-2 pm 

Essentrics™ classes are also held at Fly Studio, 2 - 489 Queen Street West (south side of Queen, a block west of Spadina):
        Saturdays 12:30-1:30 pm 

Classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early.

Rates
Current Rates (valid until March 9, 2014)
Single Class Drop-in - Pay in Person: $15 (cash)

Pay Online & Save with Special Introductory Rates:
First Class: $10 (use Redeem Code 1STCLASS when booking)
Single Class:  $12
5 Classes (good for 90 days from time of purchase): $50

As of March 10, 2014, rates will be:
First Class: $14
Single Class: $18
5-pack (good for 90 days from time of purchase): $85
10-pack (good for 90 days from time of purchase): $165
